The Marina dei Presìdi is located in Monte Argentario, a promontory situated in the coastal area of Maremma, the southwestern area of Tuscany famous for its food and wine, a few kilometers from Grosseto and 150 km from Rome. Argentario is the starting point to explore the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, consisting of the islands of Giannutri, where you can visit the remains of a Roman villa of the second century, and the island of Giglio, which offers itineraries with breathtaking views.
The entire promontory is surrounded by a beautiful rocky coastline, dotted with small bays easily accessible by sea, bathed by water that varies from emerald green to turquoise.
Monte Argentario is home to two main urban areas: one is the town of Porto Santo Stefano, the seat of the municipality and where the ferries to the island of Giglio leave from, and the other is Porto Ercole, originally a fishing village and nowadays, in summer in particular, which comes to life populated by VIPs and tourists from the rest of Italy and the world.
Marina dei Presidi is the most central pier of the port area of Porto Ercole, exactly in the middle of the promenade of the village, full of shops and elite cafes, and offers safe shelter for boats up to 24 m. LOA, equipped with every comfort, including laundry, boat care, conciergerie service. In the area of the promontory there are also all the activities necessary for the boat, from the fuel station to some quality shipyards.
