The projects currently underway are at different stages (operational ports or ports under construction, expansions, state permit requests or the identification of new sites).
Discussions are currently underway with the following bodies:

  • the Croatian government concerning three sites along the Dalmatian coast;
  • the Montenegrin Government regarding one site;
  • an Albanian municipality for the development of a nautical centre;
  • two Greek municipalities for the development of two existing facilities;
  • several Turkish operators for two development projects consisting of one joint venture and one takeover
  • a major Egyptian municipality for the development of a marina as a joint venture with the local industrialist association;
  • a leading Egyptian real estate group interested in finding a partner to manage its maritime assets;
  • the group is waiting for the new Libyan government to properly stabilise before continuing to work out details for two sites currently predominantly dedicated to fishing, about which contact was made prior to recent events.
