A successful network

RENATO MARCONI
founded Marinedi, that today boasts a portfolio featuring 13 operative structures and 10 developing or in-acquisition structures.

Quality, transparency and customer loyalty: focusing on these three fundamental principles Renato Marconi founded Marinedi in 2013, the first quality international Marina network in the Mediterranean.

From Tunisia to Croatia through to Albania, Greece, Turkey and obviously Italy, the Marinedi Group today boasts a portfolio featuring 13 operative structures and 10 developing or in-acquisition structures, making it the leading Mediterranean company in its sector.

Unlike other companies, Marinedi manages, designs and develops its own structures (100% owned or in participation). «This allows us to comply with our guidelines and to accomplish only the projects we believe in», explains Marconi. «Our fees (including VAT) are transparent in order to avoid any kind of unregulated activity, while our Marinas (Villasimius in Sardinia is one tangible example) are well-tended, hospitable, fully equipped and offer services typical of a high-profile tourist port in addition to a series of plusses that meet even the needs of the most demanding ship-owners (including those of super-yachts). For a more pleasant stay we’ve designed a tourist package that includes info, benefits and deals. Moreover, we have very interesting range of offers for yachtsman/yachtswoman (transiting or with a contract) who want to stay in more than one of our marinas. We have already registered a 150% increase in foreign boats, many of which are now “stationary” in our marinas, and we are now working to complete those projects that are currently underway; we hope that our government will play its part, eliminating the bureaucracy that slows down enterprise and worries investors».
